Announcing the publication of our global 4G LTE report

We’ve just released our report on the global state of 4G LTE, which we’ve been working on for quite a while. The full report is available here, but we thought we’d summarise a few of our findings in a short blog post:

Some facts and figures about the global reach of 4G LTE:

Currently in 62 countries

Planned or under discussion in 35 countries

USA has 17 LTE networks

Sweden has the fastest LTE Network at 22.1 Mbps

Japan has the slowest LTE Network at 7.1 Mbps

Average LTE speed globally 10.4 Mbps

4G LTE is 7 times faster than 3G
