Employee Resource Groups
With a community behind you, there is more in front of you. Joining one of our Employee Groups gives you the chance to offer support to one another, take up issues that matter, and drive real impact in the company and community.
The Mental health group provides a safe space to share experiences of mental health challenges and reduce the stigma associated with it. The group sets out to address the after effects of the Covid pandemic, manage symptoms of mental health conditions, and foster social connection, education, and peer support.
The LGBTQIA+ group works to create an environment that embraces and celebrates diversity across a wide range of sexual orientations, family arrangements, and gender identities through supporting individuals, the corporation, and the community.
The Ethnicity & Culture group is a safe space where we can explore and celebrate our diverse backgrounds. We aim to raise awareness of societal issues faced by our colleagues from communities of color and allies, learn more about different cultural traditions, and support one another to achieve our goals.
